BRANDON SEWELL
Brandon Sewell, developer of Hyde Park, graduated from UALR with a Bachelor of Arts. He has been in business in Northwest Arkansas since 1997 and has owned the Atlanta Bread Company restaurants in Fayetteville and Rogers since 1999. Brandon has been involved in home building and development in Northwest Arkansas since 2001. He has completed three developments and approximately fifty homes. Brandon is married to Erin Sewell and they have two children, Hayden and Halle Kate.
ERIN SEWELL
Erin Mays Sewell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arkansas. She has been in the Design business in Norwest Arkansas since 1997 and has helped Brandon with the Atlanta Bread Company stores as well. In addition to being the very busy mother of a 4 year old and a 1 year old, she owns the interior design company, LaBelle Maison, LLC, as well as an art wholesale company, Artful Interiors. She has worked with Brandon on all the spec homes he has been involved in, from selecting home plans and exterior elevations, to kitchen and bath design, color schemes, flooring, outdoor living etc.
CHAD HAYES
As Project Manager of building operations, Chad is responsible for all aspects of the building process of Hyde Park. A 2005 Graduate from the University of Arkansas, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, he is a licensed contractor with eight years of experience in the construction field. Chad hales from El Dorado, Arkansas.
